Dispatch Times
Our dispatch times vary depending on the product type:
- In-Stock Products: Dispatched within 1-3 business days.
- Custom/Personalized Products: Dispatched within 2-5 business days.
- Orders may be shipped separately if they contain multiple items with different processing times.
Please note that delays may occur during high order volumes, sales, or busy periods. However, we always endeavor to process and dispatch your orders in a timely manner.
Domestic Shipping
Our shipping timeframes align with Australia Post's delivery standards:
- Parcel Post: Estimated delivery in 2-6 business days.
- Domestic Letters with Tracking: Estimated delivery in 3-7 business days.
- Express Post: Estimated delivery in 1-3 business days.
Timeframes vary depending on whether delivery is within the same state, interstate, or to regional areas.
- Flat Rate Postage: Applied to all orders and calculated at checkout.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $65 within Australia.
- Express Post: Always an option at an additional cost.
Most orders are delivered during regular business hours, though delivery may occasionally occur outside of business hours depending on the delivery partner.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping, with estimated delivery times ranging from 10 to 45 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance processes.
Customers are encouraged to refer to Australia Post's policy on damaged, delayed, or lost parcels for further details.
Delivery Details
- Authority to Leave: Most orders will be delivered with "Authority to Leave" in a safe place unless otherwise specified.
- Signature on Delivery: Some parcels may require a signature, depending on the courier and delivery conditions.
- Undelivered or Returned Parcels: If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for any redelivery fees.
Order Changes and Cancellations
- Order Adjustments: Any changes or corrections to your order must be communicated to us before the order is processed for shipping.
- Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed for shipping.
If y our order has been confirmed and a tracking number provided, you will not be able to change or cancel your order.
Delivery Partners
While Australia Post is our primary shipping partner, we may occasionally use alternative courier services for certain parcels to ensure faster or more convenient delivery. This does not impact the shipping fees charged to customers, as any additional costs are absorbed by us.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Parcels
Morning Blush is not responsible for parcels that are lost, damaged, or delayed once they are with the carrier. Customers are encouraged to refer to Australia Post's policies or contact us at hello@morningblush.com.au if they have concerns or require assistance or any assistance with verifying your claim with Australia Post or any other courier service.
