Refund policy
If you’ve received a product that is faulty or you’ve simply changed your mind, please contact us via email as soon as possible. We’ll assess the purchase on a case-by-case basis and provide instructions for returns, replacements and/or refund.
We accept returns and refunds for change-of-mind or faulty products within 45 days of delivery, provided the item has not been used.
Please note that returns and refunds are not accepted for products that are:
- personalised and customised
- digital in nature
However, if you receive a personalised or custom product that is incorrect or not up to standard, please contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to make it right.
Some digital products may be eligible for a refund dependent on the nature of access and downloads.
Refunds or replacements are only processed once the returned product has been received.
