Location
While we do run an online business, we are based in Melbourne Victoria, Australia.
We can assist with your queries 100% online via email, and we find that this is the best way for our customers to reach us and keep track of their communications with us.
Sorry, we don't offer in-person order pick ups or a retail shop for browsing.

We are here to respond to your queries and questions pre- and post-purchase so please feel free to contact us at hello@morningblush.com.au.
We pay a great deal of attention to details and we're always here to help and address any issues you might have.
Delivery
We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days, but sometimes customised or personalised orders can take a little longer for us to process.
We may contact you to clarify order details and personalisation requirements during this time which may impact how long it takes us to finalise your order for dispatch.
We would much rather make sure we get your personalisation right and contact you regarding any errors we believe may have been made, than to deliver your order as is only for you to discover you've made an error.
Our delivery fees and estimated timeframes are displayed upon checkout.
Partial Order Delivery
We may dispatch items you have ordered ahead of time while we process the customised or personalised items.
You will receive a notification if a partial order has been dispatched and another notification when the remaining items are dispatched.
Digital products
Due to the nature of digital products, once payment is confirmed and the access to the files are sent to you, we cannot take them back.
For this reason, and in most cases, we cannot refund digital products.
We offer demo links in our digital listings for you to try our digital products, and we encourage you to access the demos before you purchase. So that you can familiarise yourself with the digital template before you commit to buy.
Refunds & Returns
We accept refunds and returns on products that are not:
- personalised and customised
- digital in nature
If you have received your product it is faulty or you have changed your mind, please contact us immediately via email and we will send you instructions for return and replacement, or return and refund, we just ask that you endeavour to return the product in a resalable condition along with its packaging. We accept returns and refunds for change of mind up to 14 days and faulty products up to 30 days from the date it has been delivered, provided it has not been used.
We can only process and finalise your refund or replacement once we have receive the returned product.
Incorrect Order Details
Have you entered the wrong address details? Or need to change the recipient details? Don't worry, it happens.
Please contact us immediately prior to dispatch with your order number and tell us what details you need updated, and we will do our best to fix this for you prior to dispatch!
