These labels are made of polyester which is resistant to high temperatures but still feel like paper.
The material is waterproof and oil-resistant. It can withstand dishwashers, but we recommend handwashing and only use the dishwasher if necessary.
Please note these labels are not stain resistant!

Our paper and sticker products are shipped in Australia Post domestic envelopes with tracking.
Our wood and acrylic products are shipped in padded parcels or parcel boxes.

If you’ve received a product that is faulty or you’ve simply changed your mind, please contact us via email as soon as possible. We’ll assess the purchase on a case-by-case basis and provide instructions for returns, replacements and/or refund.
We accept returns and refunds for change-of-mind or faulty products within 45 days of delivery, provided the item has not been used.
Please note that returns and refunds are not accepted for products that are:

- digital in nature
