Our paper and sticker products are generally shipped in Australia Post domestic envelopes with tracking.
Our wooden, planner and acrylic products are shipped in padded parcels or parcel boxes.

If you’ve received a product that is faulty or you’ve simply changed your mind, please contact us via email as soon as possible. We’ll assess the purchase on a case-by-case basis and provide instructions for returns, replacements and/or refund.
We accept returns and refunds for change-of-mind or faulty products within 45 days of delivery, provided the item has not been used.
Please note that returns and refunds are not accepted for products that are:
- personalised and customised (unless faulty)
- digital in nature
However, if you receive a personalised or custom product that is incorrect or not up to standard, please contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to make it right.
